Nicolle was raised a pageant child, participating in children's pageants until she was 10. Her late mother was pageant queen in her teens and twenties and gave Nicolle her love of pageantry.

 

Nicolle was involved with the US Continental Pageants system for over 10 years. She served as a judge and support staff for the Florida US Continental Pageant for many years before becoming a Regional Director in 2018.​ Nicolle took over the North East Region before becoming the Midwest Regional Director just after the 2019 Nationals. ​
