Our annual Diamonds & Pearls Gala is not just another reason to dress up during pageant weekend! It's an awards gala at which recognize a non-contestant individual or organization for their commitment to humanitarian efforts on behalf of women and children; and award them with the NET proceeds from our People's Choice voting.

The 2023 recipient of our annual gift was Heart of Minky, which was accepted by Minky Couture's founder, Sandi Hendry.

How we choose our charitable gift recipients

Our criteria comes down to a few questions:​

• Has their impact bettered the lives of women and children?

• Are they addressing issues that extend far beyond their local communities?

• Will they benefit from receiving this award?
