Morgan Chavez-Van Bemden
Miss Continental Worldwide 2023
Morgan Chavez-VanBemden is no stranger to the international spotlight. As a multicultural citizen, world traveler, and part-time U.S. citizenship teacher for refugees and asylees, she recognizes the critical role she plays as a global citizen and titleholder, and it is her goal to amplify her voice in the mental health community beyond the confines of the United States.
Through the Continental Worldwide pageant system, Morgan had a realization—it's not about the crown that sits on your head, it's what you do with that crown that truly matters. Pageantry changed the trajectory of her life and led her to a career in nonprofit management and education.
Morgan has dedicated her life to helping others through her grassroots work with the South Michigan Food Bank, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Michigan United, National Alliance on Mental Illness, her nonprofit, Beyond the Battlefield, and as a full-time K-8 educator in Battle Creek, Michigan.
A graduate of Michigan State University, her passions include food justice, educational equity, and suicide prevention. As a K-8 Teacher, she would one day like to obtain her doctorate in education so she can ensure that every child, regardless of their zip code, is afforded the right to a quality education. Additionally, she looks forward to growing her nonprofit, Beyond the Battlefield.

Misti Nordstrom
Ms. Continental Worldwide 2023
Misti has been an advocate for organ donation registration and an ambassador for New England Donor Services for over a decade, using her voice and crown to raise awareness for organ donation registration. With the goal of increasing donor registration rates in the United States from 58% to 75%, Misti has traveled to various states and met with leaders from businesses and government to develop policies that raise awareness and provide support to donor families and recipients.
Misti became an advocate after losing her brother and only sibling, John Gregory Michael, at the young age of 23 from a motorcycle accident. He was a registered organ and tissue donor, which inspired Misti to honor his legacy by making this mission her life’s purpose. Misti has served as an advocate by sharing her personal story, her family’s journey of acceptance and healing, and her personal discovery of what it means to be part of a donor family.
Misti resides in Massachusetts where she is a school teacher.

Stephanie Griffin
Ms. USA 2022
Stephanie is our original overall 2022 Ms. titleholder. She was crowned in June 2021 at our national pageant under our previous brand when the Ms. division was 18+, and prior to the addition of the Miss division and the international titles. A lot happened during her reign! When offered the inaugural title of Ms. Continental Worldwide 2022 upon rebranding, she turned down that title, kept her national title and asked to compete to win the international title because she "loves to compete." Stephanie is the only USA titleholder to grace the Keepers of the Crown page and is a pageantry legend for her commitment to the Continental Worldwide Pageant brand and to competition.
She continues to spread her message of hope and awareness for Lynch Syndrome. In 2023, she was an official nominee for The Global Beauty Awards' "Most Impactful" award for the work she did as Ms. USA raising Lynch Syndrome and cancer awareness, and taking the "taboo out of poo" by showing that colonoscopies are easy, shameless and save lives.
Stephanie is a homeschooling mom, gardener, baker and sometimes-chauffeur, and resides in Park City, Utah with her husband and three children.

Ms. USA 2022
Stephanie Griffin competed as our Ms. Utah to win our national title. She was crowned right as we rebranded, as such she was the first to hold our Ms. USA title.
The following titleholders were crowned under our previous brand, prior to Loreen sending the national pageant to Florida to be run by the East Coast directors due to health issues. We're so glad to be back in Utah and under Loreen's leadership. As you can see, a lot has changed in the last two years! We are still sifting through our archive photos to add more of our previous titleholders to our new site!
